  • Guidance of best practices for Dynamics 365 implementations
  • Identify potential project risks and issues
  • Support anchoring of overall technical solution while cascading the same to project delivery teams
  • Creating the optimum technical solution in the context of the customer’s environment, requirements, and financial resources
  • Ensure adherence to Bank’s standards and acceptance at architectural review meeting.
